I am passionate about helping people to overcome difficulties with their mental health to enable them to live their lives fully - free from anxiety, free from phobia or fear, free from stress - finding confidence, self-worth, motivation, passion for life and the courage to go for their dreams!

I have turned my life around since 2017 and each day I continue to grow and be grateful for the tools I have gained through my training and personal development.

I love learning, studying, reading - psychology and psychotherapy in particular. Life is for living - we do not know what is ahead so live with curiosity and an open heart - I live every day, excited for what's next!
