Support to discover your lost strength and self-worth as you gather courage to leave a toxic relationship, or after you have left, and move forward with your life. This is where you rediscover your self-esteem, recognise your value, put boundaries in place and stop allowing people to control you or diminish you in any way.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment . You will be charged 50% of the fee if cancellation is after this.
