Service Description
For individuals, couples or groups - guided meditation for relaxation only or tailored to your own needs. Group sessions will be advertised separately. I am also available to deliver a group guided meditation session if you wish to book for an event.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment . You will be charged 50% of the fee if cancellation is after this.
