Choosing to work with a therapist is very personal.

It is important that you feel comfortable and trust that they understand your needs. I know how that feels as a client - I have been in your place and have found my way to living an unlimited life, looking forward with optimism.

As a Behaviour Change Specialist I will help you recognise what needs to change in your life and how to make those changes.


Working together we will find the therapy or blend of therapies which will help you most effectively – Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Neuro Linguistic Programming or Coaching can all be incorporated in achieving your goals.

 You are unique so your therapy will be tailored to address your specific needs.
